Filled with tender curried chicken, potatoes, red beans, ginger, garlic, fresh turmeric and our own homemade spice mix - all wrapped up in golden pastry.
The Rock-Roti
FROM FROZEN;
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, place pasties evenly spaced on tray lined with baking paper.
Bake pasties for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to sit for 5 minutes before consuming.
REHEATING from fridge/cooked pasty.
